Star Wars: The Clones Wars “Winds Down”

After a great season five finale, we received news on the highly successful Star Wars: The Clone Wars today.

Lucasfilm Animation just announced that they plan to “wind down” The Clone Wars and Seth Green’s Star Wars: Detours is postponed to an unknown date. They want to go into a brand new direction. It is unclear what they mean about not producing new episodes but containing production on new story arcs. Maybe it will be a brand new sixth season, mini-series, web series, or another movie. After finding out what ultimately happens to Asoka, I am really excited to see the next phase of this series.
