DVR Weekly – Week of 10/07-10/13
Welcome to another installment of DVR Weekly! What is DVR Weekly? I choose three shows on my DVR, recap the episode and give a few thoughts on the episode. Keep in mind: there will be spoilers. I’ll also mention two shows that are worth checking out. And I’ll give you a glimpse of five shows I’m looking forward to for the following week. Keep in mind, I don’t watch everything. There are a few shows we will do full episode recaps, so make sure to keep an eye out for those.

Revolution Season 1 Recap Episode 3: “No Quarter”
Three episodes in and we get to see a little bit more of this history of the world that we are now viewing. Now I have realized that I have been a little wordy with my recaps, so I will try to be a little more precise and cut the fluff. Either way, if you like it wordy or straight-to-the-point be warned that after the jump there are going to be SPOILERS for the third episode of Revolution titled “No Quarter.”
The Return of DVR Weekly
So the fall season is getting underway. A few shows have already premiered. Others are being patiently and excitedly awaited. Before we get a true return of DVR Weekly, I wanted to let you know what I’m looking forward to this season and the changes planned for this season on the DVR.
Elementary Season 1 Recap Episode 1 – “Pilot”
For those you who don’t know, Elementary is the new procedural on CBS featuring Sherlock Holmes played by Jonny Lee Miller and the now female Joan Watson played by Lucy Liu set in modern day New York City. This is the recap of the pilot episode so beware spoilers.
Revolution Season 1 Recap Episode 2: “Chained Heat”
Second episode of a brand new series; this is where shows usually make it or break it. I have not placed this show into the category of loving it, yet. It still has potential but I need to see more.
Again, it should go without saying but beware SPOILERS for episode two of Revolution, “Chained Heat”…
