First Trailer Reveals the Ninja Turtles
The first trailer for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles just released. Of course there is some trepidations with rumors of how Michael Bay wanted to handled the franchise.
I won’t say the trailer surprised me, but it was a different trailer than what I would have expected.

Fox just released the second X-Men: Days of Future trailer which showcases more of the mutants especially the original X-Men fighting the weird looking Nimrod Sentinels in the future.

Rafael Grampá’s Dark Noir
Rafael Grampá is a superbly talented artist who has done some work for both DC Comics and Marvel Comics. Go ahead and check out his Flickr to see some of his amazing work. He has a very unique style that definitely sets himself apart from most artists.
Recently, Grampá worked with Absolut and fans on Facebook to write a story about a private eye who sees ideas. He then teamed with Red Knuckles animation to transition his 2D concept into three-dimensional animation. The result? This beautiful short that creates a world and character I would love to see more of. Take a look for yourself.

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty
Walter Mitty is a busy worker bee in the real world, but in his mind he is a range of adventurous, brave, and creative people. He jumps into burning buildings and sculpts hilariously over the top statuary. He says what he feels no matter how ridiculous it sounds. He is who he feels he should be… could have been. We follow him through a crazy month where one event threatens to undo 16 years of stable life. He is forced to step out of his comfort zone and borrow confidence that is typically reserved for his day dreamed persona.
I’ve just experienced The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. I think releasing this movie
around the holidays was a perfect choice because it has that perfect blend of heart and humor.

Spidey’s Battle Begins in this Trailer for Amazing Spider-Man 2
The sequel to Amazing Spider-Man just dropped a trailer for us to droll over. The good news: Spider-Man looks like he just jumped out from the comics; the bad news: the movie doesn’t come out until 2014.

Dirty Paws – Of Monsters and Men
I love this song because of how uplifting it is. I am counting down to Christmas and this song has slipped onto my Christmas radar due to its inclusion in the trailer for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. I really enjoyed this song when it was on the radio and it helped me to unwind from crazy work days. The song has a melody that is wonderful on its own, but the lyrics are a light, cute story which just chronicles forest battles. Point of this is… this is a sweet uplifting song and yeah…check it out.
This song is a huge part of why I am so excited for the new Ben Stiller movie, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. It is not often that a soundtrack can sell me on a movie, but I feel like this movie will have a soundtrack on par with Zach Braff’s Garden State soundtrack. Enjoy the lyric video for this uplifting song.
